Hours

Cancelation must be made within 24 hours. If canceled the day of there will be a cancelation fee which will be 25% of the estimated service amount. After a 3rd cancelation in a 3 month period you will be put on the do not book list.
Late arrival more than 15 minutes will result in losing your service time and you will have to reschedule and will be an add a same day cancelation and a cancelation fee may be charged.
